Shining Star Adult Day Center was born when our owners came together after years managing separate adult day facilities in the San Diego area. They shared one simple vision: do it better, in a more fun, uplifting, and truly personal way.

In September 2026, we proudly celebrated 10 years of serving our community. Over that decade, we’ve grown, learned, and continued to shape a program where every person is seen, heard, and encouraged to shine.

Above all, client safety is our top priority. Families trust us because they know their loved ones are in a secure, structured environment with staff who genuinely care. We celebrate every small win, support every challenge, and stay focused on what matters most—the success, happiness, and well-being of each individual who walks through our doors.
